Responsibilities
Lead planning, execution, and delivery of complex IT programs across multiple departments
Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, and risk mitigation plans
Serve as primary liaison between technical teams, business stakeholders, and executive leadership
Provide regular project status, financial reporting, and performance metrics
Drive change management, readiness, and post-go-live stabilization efforts
Qualification
Required
8–10 years of IT project management experience leading large, enterprise-level initiatives
Strong stakeholder management and executive-level communication experience
Proven team leadership in matrixed or cross-functional environments
Experience with financial tracking, budgeting, and project reporting
Expertise with Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid delivery methodologies
Preferred
PMP, Agile, or PRINCE2 certification
Experience with ERP, CRM, cloud, infrastructure, or data integration projects
Proficiency with tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or ServiceNow
Background in organizational change management
