Sr Process Analyst

Required

3+ years of relevant work experience in a role requiring application of analytical skills in a business analyst role
Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize multiple types and sources of information into action
Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills
Able to facilitate meetings with individuals and groups including business and technology stakeholders to gather and articulate requirements
Ability to grasp technical concepts quickly
Able to work independently, self-starter
Ability to thrive in a matrix-oriented, fast-paced environment and work on multiple deliverables at once
Experience working within an enterprise PMO function
Advanced Smartsheet expertise, complemented by hands-on experience with ServiceNow PPM, Jira, Confluence, SQL, Snowflake (or other data warehouses), and analytics/reporting tools such as Tableau
Experience operating in an agile context

Preferred

Bachelor's Degree BA/BS or equivalent preferred
Bachelor's Degree BA/BS in Business, Computer Science, Finance, or related field preferred
3+ years of experience in related field preferred
