Responsibilities

Demonstrate a high level of motivation and a strong desire to achieve high performance standards that benefit customers, team members, and internal stakeholders
Develop and maintain high-value relationships at all levels with both new and existing accounts
Establish personal trust and credibility with clients and stakeholders
Continuously improve customer relationships and experience through innovative solutions and value-added services
Act as an energetic, self-starting contributor who actively identifies and seizes new opportunities
Remove obstacles and help drive projects forward with a solution-oriented mindset
Develop and execute effective strategies to close new business opportunities
Clearly present and promote the full solution portfolio to both new and existing customers
Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills to build strong interpersonal relationships
Facilitate ongoing conversations to refine current product offerings and generate new ideas
Manage product margin at both the overall customer level and within new programs
Create and submit quote proposals for internal review and approval
Understand broader market trends and dynamics to support: Investment in new technologies, Go-to-market and marketing strategies, Other commercial initiatives that drive success

Required

BS Degree in Engineering or Marketing
5+ years' relevant experience with working knowledge of Sales and Marketing in Electrical/Electronic Manufacturing
Ability to thrive in a fast paced, high growth industry; willing to be hands-on and take initiative
Solid presentation, interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to interact well with customers
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and cross-cultural teams at various locations
Ability to think strategically and develop marketing/sales strategies utilizing various sources of information
Ability to listen to customers and develop rapport and trust of customers throughout the sales process
Strong technical skills to assist in understanding the technological challenge of target customers and to be able to identify relevant technology trends in key markets
Travel is required, both domestic and international
The candidate must be able to legally work in the United States; we are unable to provide sponsorship
This position requires access to controlled technology that is subject to US export controls
Qualified candidates must be a US person (including US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, or protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3)) or eligible to obtain required authorization(s) from the U.S. Government
