They are seeking an Institutional Quote & Bid Specialist who will prepare quotes and formal bids for K-12 and college customers while focusing on customer development and relationship management.

Responsibilities
Prepare quotes and bids using prescribed pricing rules and guidelines
Review and interpret bid document terminology & requirements
Prepare documents, complete bid forms, obtain support materials
Acquire & maintain knowledge of Blick product lines
Perform customer and prospect investigation and outreach as assigned
Limited business travel for conferences and tradeshows
Ability to work Monday - Friday 800am to 430pm with overtime as needed
Other duties related to quotes, bids, and customer relationship management as assigned
Qualification
Required
Associate degree business, marketing, or related field, or equivalent business office experience (such as banking, insurance, or other business services)
Ability to create, edit, and perform functional calculations using Microsoft Excel
Effective business communication skills, both written and verbal
Aptitude for business math and data
Keen attention to detail
Efficient, with the ability to prioritize workload and deadlines
Good typing and 10-key skills
