Responsibilities
Maintain and analyze asset databases for performance and repair histories. This would include items such as vessels, piping, mechanical PM’s etc
Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and optimize Preventive Maintenance (PM) schedules
Manage the site Mechanical Integrity program and vibration monitoring program
Support technical plant layout and equipment upgrades
Lead and manage projects, providing support for process equipment and system repairs
Utilize SAP in various functions to support the mechanical integrity program
Track and maintain mechanical regulatory inspections as outlined in API standards
Improve and monitor Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) for appropriate equipment
Qualification
Required
Experience in the chemical, manufacturing, or related industry is preferred
Capital Management experience
Experience with API standards related to process piping, heat exchangers, pressure vessels, and storage tanks
Familiarity with SAP business platform as pertains to MI
Fluent English is required
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering or other technical field
Proven track record of experience in chemical plant operations or manufacturing, combined with a relevant qualification in mechanical engineering
