Responsibilities

Assists with development of creative briefs for marketing materials
Supports briefing marketing materials to Design, Marketing Operations, and Content Team stakeholders
Coordinates development of marketing materials ensuring timely delivery in line with brief
Creates timelines for marketing material completion in collaboration with Marketing Operations, Design, Sales, and Brand Teams
Provides product and brand copy, in line with legal and regulatory guidance, as needed
Updates product and brand copy source of truth as needed
Project manages assets on Basecamp and with cross-team partners
Provides coordination and support on photo and video shoots as assigned
Completion of paid media social media assets with Creative Project Manager, paid media agency, Design Team, and other stakeholders
Coordinates shipping of products for events or brand allies
Supports marketing events (ex. Tradeshow) as assigned
Assist with team billing and ERF submission as needed
Provide competitive reviews on marketing efforts from other brands
Coordinate completion and dissemination of Brand Team Dashboard
Helps upload and tag assets to Bynder (brand photo and video library) and field requests as needed
Maintains, audits, and updates marketing materials such as retailer training decks and printed assets. (ex. Trade Marketing signage, in-store demo creative, educational pocket guides, retailer brochure, sales sheets)
Coordinates retailer pitch decks including calendar of deck updates and roll outs and coordinating and communicating out updates. (e.g., Website, Webstore, and Retailer download center)
Liases with Sales Operations Manager to provide needs the Brand Team can address
Supports Ecommerce Team members in their roll-out of marketing assets across online retailers such as Target, Amazon, etc., to ensure product display pages are updated
Continues education to update job knowledge including writing and project manager development
Accomplishes organizational goals by accepting ownership for new and different requests; explores opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
Other duties as assigned within job scope

Required

Associate degree (A.S. or A.A.) from an accredited college in Business, Sustainability, Product Development, Marketing, Psychology, or related field
3 years' experience in a Marketing position
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook)
Proficiency with project management tools (such as Asana and Basecamp)
