6+ years expCornerStone Technology Talent Services is seeking an experienced MDM Engineering & Operations Manager to own the design, engineering, and day-to-day operation of the enterprise Customer Master Data Management capability. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for building and operating a mission-critical Customer MDM platform, ensuring alignment with data governance, privacy, and business requirements.

Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end Customer MDM product, including design, engineering, and operations
Design and maintain entity models, match/merge logic, survivorship rules, and publishing patterns
Lead configuration, release management, and enhancements within Profisee
Manage daily MDM operations, SLAs, and incident/break-fix resolution
Oversee onboarding of new data sources and downstream integrations
Enable and optimize data stewardship workflows
Provide technical leadership on performance tuning, integrations, and data quality root cause analysis
Partner closely with data governance, privacy, and business stakeholders
Lead and mentor a small team of MDM engineers and analysts
Qualification
Required
6–10 years of experience in MDM, data engineering, or data platform operations
Hands-on experience with Profisee (or comparable MDM platforms)
Strong expertise in entity modeling, matching logic, and survivorship strategies
Proven experience leading and managing technical teams
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex operational issues
Preferred
A builder-operator mindset —treats MDM as a long-term, mission-critical product, not a one-time implementation
Comfortable balancing hands-on technical work with leadership and stakeholder engagement
Passionate about data quality, operational excellence, and scalable design
