Responsibilities
Design, implement, and optimize enterprise solutions built on Microsoft 365 Copilot, Dynamics 365 Copilot, Power Platform AI, GitHub Copilot, and enterprise data platforms
Lead proactive technical engagements and deliver onboarding assessments
Define delivery plans and ensure Copilot solutions run with reliability, stability, and performance
Maintain deep 'KnowMe' documentation and execute architectural updates
Handle critical situations as the customer’s single technical point of contact
Coordinate across internal teams (CSAM, Mission Critical CSAs, AED, ARR)
Drive continuous optimization and remediation activities to ensure Copilot adoption aligns with business goals and leading practices
Qualification
Required
Deep hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Dynamics 365 Copilot, Power Platform AI, and GitHub Copilot deployments
Ability to design, implement, troubleshoot, and optimize Copilot-based solutions across enterprise environments
Strong understanding of Azure identity, governance, monitoring, security, and data, as these underpin Copilot and AI workloads
Experience creating and maintaining KnowMe technical documentation, architecture records, and workload insights
Proven ability to deliver onboarding assessments, define delivery plans, and execute architectural updates
Strong capability in DevOps and automation practices for managing Copilot extensions, connectors, and integrations
Experience supporting mission-critical or business-critical cloud solutions with a focus on stability, reliability, performance, and fast remediation
Strong communication skills to clearly explain technical impacts and solution value to both business and technical audiences
Trusted-advisor posture with the ability to guide customers using deep technical insight and contextual understanding ('KnowMe')
High collaboration skills to work effectively with CSAMs, Mission Critical CSAs, engineering teams (AED, ARR), and customer stakeholders
Proactive problem-solving mindset focused on stability, prevention, and continuous improvement rather than reactive firefighting
Ability to run structured workshops, onboarding assessments, and customer reviews with clear outcomes and follow-through
