Responsibilities
Apply complex business logic to datasets delivered by data engineering teams
Build, optimize, and maintain advanced SQL queries and data models
Perform Python-based data preparation and transformation
Develop and support Databricks workflows and pipelines
Design, build, and enhance dashboards and reports in Power BI and Tableau
Support migration of reports across multiple environments (dev, test, prod)
Use data visualizations to validate insights and support business decisions
Partner with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into BI solutions
Support the development and maintenance of Databricks-based self-service applications
Build lightweight data utilities and tools using Python
Improve usability and performance of analytics applications for business users
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or Data Engineering roles
Strong expertise in SQL and data modeling
Hands-on experience with Python and Databricks
Proven experience building enterprise dashboards in Power BI and Tableau
Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
Preferred
Experience working in cloud-based data platforms
Exposure to CI/CD or version control for BI assets
Strong communication skills and stakeholder-facing experience
