8+ years expAMER Technology, Inc. is seeking an experienced Business Analyst 3 to support Retirement and Insurance System Enhancements (RISE) applications and processes. The role focuses on improving business processes, gathering and managing requirements, and supporting system enhancements within a complex enterprise environment.

Responsibilities
Analyze and document business requirements across the full SDLC
Identify and recommend opportunities to improve business processes and operational efficiency
Serve as a liaison between functional business teams and technical teams
Analyze policies and procedures to assess impacts on automated systems
Coordinate service request lifecycle, including requirements, technical reviews, UAT, and implementation
Review and provide feedback on design documents, test plans, and risk assessments
Lead and manage process change requests, scope, acceptance, and deployment
Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies
Coordinate with vendors and contractors and evaluate deliverables
Develop training materials and conduct system training sessions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in MIS, Business Administration, or related field
8+ years of experience in: Business requirements planning, elicitation, and management
8+ years of experience in: Business process reengineering and transformation
8+ years of experience in: Acting as a business relationship manager between business and IT teams
8+ years of experience in: Leading project teams and managing stakeholders and vendors
Strong experience with PeopleSoft (HRMS, Benefits, Payroll, or Pension modules)
Experience with PeopleSoft implementations or legacy system conversions
Strong SQL skills (Oracle & SQL Server)
Experience with: Data management, data warehousing, integration, and migration
Experience with: Enterprise system analysis and architecture
Experience with: Information security principles
Experience with: Agile/Scrum environments (Scrum Master experience a plus)
Preferred
Experience in consulting or diverse enterprise environments
Experience supporting finance, benefits, HR, procurement, legal, or audit systems
Strong background in enterprise business analysis, feasibility studies, and risk assessments
Experience creating system documentation, standards, and training materials
Experience with Azure DevOps for requirements and project management
Project management tools experience
Certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, PMP, PMI-PBA, CSM, CSPO, ITIL, or MBA
