Customer Support Coordinator

Responsibilities

Monitor and manage the customer support ticket queue, ensuring all requests are acknowledged and addressed promptly
Investigate customer issues and collaborate with internal teams to drive resolution
Communicate clearly with customers regarding ticket status, next steps, and resolution timelines
Escalate high-priority or time-sensitive issues as needed and follow through to resolution
Document common issues and identify opportunities to improve internal processes and customer-facing resources (FAQs, help guides, etc.)
Support customer communication initiatives as the role expands
Perform other related duties as assigned

Required

Enthusiastic, no-nonsense personality with a heart for helping others
Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Experience supporting Google Business Profiles (GBP), online listings, or local SEO-related tools
Comfortable troubleshooting data accuracy, sync issues, and platform-related questions
Familiar with tools such as HubSpot, Slack, Zoom, and Google Workspace
Self-starter who can work independently and manage time effectively
Background in marketing or local SEO is required

Preferred

Prior experience in a SaaS customer support or technical support role preferred
Experience supporting small businesses or multi-location brands is a plus
