Client Response Specialist

The Client Response Specialist will manage customer requests for information, support stakeholders in completing these requests, and engage in continuous knowledge development regarding audit processes and best practices.

Responsibilities

Manage customer requests for information, including but not limited to, audits, questionnaires, and vulnerability notices
Support key stakeholders in managing the completion of customer information requests using our Trust Center, collaborative knowledge base, and questionnaire response technology tool
Effectively communicate with partners as you build relationships with key stakeholders of all levels throughout the organization
Prioritize attention to detail and the need to meet timelines as you navigate existing and new requests
Deliver requested information via varied customer-driven methods and archive content
Assist with keeping our Trust Center and audit repository software content current and correct
Engage in continuous knowledge development regarding rules, regulations, best practices, tools, techniques, audit frameworks, and performance standards; may include attending conferences and training to build proficiency
Interact positively and professionally with customers, colleagues and partners
Support ad-hoc requests occurring within the team

Demonstrated proficiency working with spreadsheets

Preferred

Associate's Degree, preferably in a business, finance, or audit related field
Zendesk, trust center, and third-party vendor risk management portal knowledge is a plus
