Collections Associate
Blick Art Materials is the largest and oldest provider of art supplies in the United States. They are seeking a Collections Associate to contact commercial credit account customers for payment information on past-due invoices and manage overdue accounts.

Responsibilities
Contact customers by telephone, mail, fax, or email to identify disputes, if any, and arrange payment for overdue invoices
Review held credit account orders daily and decision
Determine when to place pending orders on hold due to delinquent invoices or other credit reasons
Manually enter invoices in customer portals, when required
Perform other related duties as assigned or requested
Qualification
Required
High school diploma and at least one year of previous collection experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with others internally and externally
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Basic personal computer skills including using internet browsers, and experience working with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Excel software applications
Ability to work effectively with team members to accomplish desired goals, especially during peak order times
