Responsibilities
Manage 5 Fleet Account Executives through the US (prior Fleet Sales experience required)
Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet annual revenue and margin targets within the U.S
Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of fleet sales representatives, providing them with the necessary tools and training for success
Foster strong relationships with key fleet customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
Analyze market trends and customer insights to uncover new growth opportunities
Conduct regular performance assessments and offer constructive feedback to team members for continuous improvement
Collaborate with marketing, product development, operations, and supply chain teams to deliver tailored solutions and align promotional activities and product launches
Oversee the fleet sales process from quote acquisition to the delivery of upfitted vehicles
Stay informed about the company's products and services
Qualification
Required
5 years of experience in sales or fleet management within the automotive industry or a related field, with a history of successful leadership and business achievements
Strong grasp of sales principles, practices, and customer relationship management
Ability to analyze data and market trends for strategic decision-making
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Must be local or willing to relocate
Travel 25-50%
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or a related field
Experience in the automotive/commercial vehicle sector
Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing sales teams
Proficiency with CRM software and sales analytics tools
