Responsibilities
Lead a high-performing team by fostering a culture of accountability, professional growth, and operational excellence
Support customer acquisition milestones and exceed annual revenue targets
Direct the implementation of wholesale market strategies to strengthen competitive positioning and expand market share
Leading new reseller pricing implementations (2K+ builds and updates annually)
Act as a key stakeholder in the Portfolio Prioritization Process, serving as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) to guide Product Development roadmap decisions
Provide pricing solutions support for the Wholesale Sales Organization and Resellers
Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for all new provisioning and billing system enhancements
Lead quarterly operations reviews with resellers to identify efficiencies, solve pain points, and strengthen partnerships
Support reseller pricing training
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience
Eight or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training
Experience across the following fields: wireless operations, sales, or marketing
Contract execution and effective negotiation experience
Proven track record of success providing business solutions to Wholesale customers or small to large-scale corporate clients
Excellent customer communications and presentation skills (development and delivery)
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with internal cross-functional organizations
Preferred
