Strategic Sourcing Specialist - Remote in Charlotte, NC - C2H
Elevate Digital is seeking a Strategic Sourcing Specialist to support procurement activities in a dynamic environment. This role involves managing procurement requests, building supplier relationships, and ensuring alignment with procurement practices across assigned dealerships.

Responsibilities
Review, approve, and process purchase requisitions and purchase orders for goods and services across assigned dealerships, ensuring alignment with our procurement practices
Serve as the primary sourcing contact for all dealerships by managing procurement requests, resolving issues, and coordinating purchasing activities from initiation through completion
Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned national suppliers to improve value, monitor performance via monthly supplier reviews, and resolve service issues
Act as the primary sourcing contact for assigned internal business units
Assess contract terms to determine when review is required and escalate to Strategic Sourcing leadership
Support RFx processes by gathering business requirements and drafting RFQ, RFI, and RFP materials
Lead and manage procurement-related activities supporting corporate acquisition and disposition initiatives, ensuring timely execution and cross-functional alignment
Assist Strategic Sourcing leadership with vendor communications and follow-up
Take on additional responsibilities and projects as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university; concentration in Supply Chain Management preferred
2–5 years of experience in indirect services procurement
Solid understanding of core procurement principles and processes
Working knowledge of basic contract terms and conditions
True self-starter with demonstrated ownership of work, strong analytical skills, and attention to detail
Excellent planning, organizational, and decision-making skills
Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills, with the ability to build credibility and influence stakeholders
Confident communicator, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leaders
Comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal day-to-day direction
Ability to proactively identify opportunities, create meaningful work beyond day-to-day tasks, and drive improvements without being directed
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without losing sight of individual details
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Preferred
4+ years procurement and/or supply chain experience
CPSM or similar certification
Procure to Pay system experience (Coupa or similar)
