The role involves coordinating field technicians, liaising with clients, ensuring code compliance, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities
Manage multiple fire sprinkler service projects including repairs, maintenance, retrofits, and inspections
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, technicians, subcontractors, and internal departments
Develop project scopes, estimates, schedules, and budgets; monitor progress and performance
Ensure work complies with applicable NFPA codes, AHJ regulations, and safety standards
Maintain accurate records including service reports, inspection forms, and customer documentation
Ensure timely billing and help resolve any invoicing discrepancies
Determine customer needs by conducting site surveys and communicate effectively to educate the customer
Own training of new systems as they become available
Send out inspection reports to Customers, AHJ’s, National Accounts Managers or others as required
Attend yearly education classes
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Must have a minimum of 3 years' experience in the fire protection industry, with a focus on sprinkler systems
Proven project management experience, ideally in a service-based environment
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Preferred
Project Management certifications (PMP, PgMP, CAPM) are highly desirable
NICET Level II or higher in Water-Based Systems (preferred)
Proficient in project management and scheduling software (e.g., Microsoft Project, ServiceTrade, etc.)
