Responsibilities

Respond to customer complaints for non-conforming parts or issues

Identify the problem and contain the issue

Analyze root causes using problem-solving tools

Collect and review data to provide solutions and act objectively while supporting the customer’s needs

Provide realistic timelines and ensure all deadlines are met

Escalate requests that are not warranted

Some travel required

Qualification

Bachelor of Science in EngineeringManufacturing experienceFastener manufacturing knowledgeAutomotive industry experienceMicrosoft Office Suite proficiencyMeet deadlinesCommunication skillsProblem-solving skills

Required

Bachelor of Science in Engineering required

Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment

Knowledge of fastener manufacturing processes

Excellent communication skills

Strong problem-solving skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Ability to recognize time constraints for the customer and find a quick resolution

Preferred

Automotive industry experience preferred
