Responsibilities

Supporting senior leadership with obtaining data to monitor the health of the directorate for safety, operations, radiation protection, glovebox initiatives, training, etc
Gathering programmatic and operation data/slides
Working with stakeholders to improve outcomes from the ALDWP Management Review Board monthly meeting
Assigning and tracking action items
Working with presenters to assist them with presentation content
Developing and/or formatting documents
Assisting with metrics
Accessing nuclear facility
Working with facility management, Subject Matter Experts and other management throughout the facility
Managing other assignments as directed by the FLM

Required

Experience with data management systems or data visualization software
Demonstrated experience in utilizing design software for an enhanced UI
Advanced experience compiling, interpreting, and presenting metrics or performance data to support decision-making and improve transparency
Demonstrated high attention to detail, including strong organizational skills, analytical thinking, observational and problem-solving skills
Demonstrated ability to successfully plan, organize, lead and track assigned tasks and deliverables to completion
Ability to interact effectively with all levels of personnel, including management, to build trust, gain consensus and resolve conflicts
Advanced experience in applying continuous improvement principles and methodologies
Knowledge and familiarity of a facility Hazard Category 2 and 3 nuclear facility, operations, practices, and procedures
Position requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field from an accredited institution and 5 years of directly related experience; or, an equivalent combination of education and experience directly related to the occupation

Preferred

Proven ability to conceptualize and communicate team requirements to both technical and non-technical personnel
Advanced experience developing and executing successful communication plans, facilitating meetings, and notifications to personnel
Demonstrated interpersonal skills, written and verbal communications including presentation skills as evidenced by presenting briefings/project status to stakeholders, management, etc
Demonstrated high attention to detail, including strong organizational skills, analytical thinking, observational and problem-solving skills
