Responsibilities

Conduct thorough research on the latest AI technologies and trends
Investigate new ways to apply AI in various smaller aspects of our employees' work, enhancing productivity and efficiency
Use our company's data to effectively train AI models
This involves understanding the datasets, preparing them for training, and utilizing AI tools to create models that can add value to our business processes
Work closely with domain experts to capture requirements and translate them into AI-driven solutions
Curate and structure technical content for effective retrieval and contextual understanding by AI models
Monitor AI performance and iterate on models, prompts, and workflows for better accuracy and usability
Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning, and make improvements
Participate in relevant workshops, webinars, and training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related discipline
1-2 years working with Artificial Intelligence (AI) preferred
Advanced skills and experience working with AI models in Copilot Studio, Power Platform and other low-code AI automation platforms and tools
Excellent communication, research, problem-solving, and time management skills
Self-motivated, with enough expertise to see what needs to be done next, make a plan, and execute
Ability to work independently and complete multiple tasks effectively
