Responsibilities
Provide project management leadership across all phases of delivery, including planning, design, permitting, construction, and close-out
Lead and manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring accountability for cost, schedule, and performance outcomes
Directly support execution activities by identifying issues, proposing solutions, and driving resolution
Establish and manage project objectives, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and risk assessments
Utilize project controls to manage budgets and schedules, including forecasting, variance analysis, and performance monitoring
Maintain and update project schedules and plans; identify trends and forecast costs
Resolve issues and conflicts by establishing priorities and collaborating with team members and functional managers
Apply and adapt PM core concepts, processes, and portfolio management practices
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business, technical, or applicable professional discipline
Proficiency with Excel, Microsoft Project, Teams, SAP, and Primavera P6
Strong understanding of project management fundamentals and lifecycle execution
Preferred
5+ years of project management experience
Utility industry experience, including underground utilities
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
