This role focuses on providing personalized care in a patient-centered ambulatory practice, with support from a dedicated hospitalist team for inpatient care.

Responsibilities
Demonstrate strong interpersonal and professional skills
Commitment to practicing in a highly structured, patient- and family-centered ambulatory practice
Emphasize personalized care and the development of long-standing patient–physician relationships
Provide inpatient care with the support of a dedicated hospitalist team
Work a schedule of Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional weekend on-call phone coverage
Qualification
Required
Board Eligible/Board Certified Internal Medicine Physician
Strong interpersonal and professional skills
Commitment to practicing in a highly structured, patient- and family-centered ambulatory practice
Emphasis on personalized care and the development of long-standing patient–physician relationships
Availability for a schedule of Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Willingness to provide occasional weekend on-call phone coverage
