Human Resources Representative Unit Coordinator
New Mexico State University is seeking a dynamic professional to join the College of ACES HR team. The role involves HR processing for the College, including hiring staff, employee relations, and providing training on HR programs.

Responsibilities
This position is directly responsible for HR processing for the College of ACES both on and off-campus
This includes the hiring of non-exempt and exempt staff, students/graduate students, faculty, and temporary staff
Serves as a contact for all college employee relations; point of contact for conflict resolution
Provide training and guidance to College of ACES departments and counties on HR related programs
Works closely with payroll on all payroll related transactions
Process HR related actions on PAF's, LPAF's, and time sheet/org changes
This position works with HR Benefit Services regarding Worker's Compensation and assists with FMLA processing
Qualification
Required
High School diploma + 3 years of relevant experience or an Associate's Degree + 1 year of relevant experience
Preferred
Knowledge of Banner and HR policies and procedures
