Office Manager
Soucie Horner Design Collective is a fast-paced, luxury interior architecture and design firm. They are seeking a talented and organized administrative professional to manage office operations and meeting coordination, ensuring a seamless service environment.

Responsibilities
Serve as the primary front‑desk presence, greeting visitors and maintaining a polished, welcoming environment
Manage phones, visitor entry, mail, packages, and office supply ordering
Oversee daily building operations, including vendor coordination and maintenance scheduling
Lead office improvement projects and support renovation‑related logistics as needed
Coordinate onboarding logistics and partner with HR and IT for employee setup and support
Liaise with building tenants on shared operational needs
Manage reservations and guest experience for company‑owned properties
Arrange employee travel
Support in‑office food, beverage, and catering needs
Plan and manage all aspects of firm’s semi-annual goals meetings, holiday parties and office outings
Ensure all food, beverage and tableware needs and setup are handled, as needed
Coordinate audio/visual equipment setup, as needed
Lead the annual sourcing process for holiday cards and gifts
Collaborate with Finance team to develop meeting/event budgets
Source and negotiate vendor contracts
Qualification
Required
Associate's degree; bachelor's degree a plus
5+ post-collegiate years of office management experience, preferably with a professional services firm
Proficient with Microsoft Office/365 Suite; Adobe Suite experience a plus
Professional, warm and welcoming personal and phone presence suitable for high visibility position that is the face of the firm
Skilled multi-tasker with exceptional organizational skills to handle high volume of operational tasks with accuracy
Strong communication skills maintaining a polished, client-ready presence in written and verbal interactions
Possesses financial and administrative acumen, including experience with budgeting, vendor management and compliance processes typical of professional services firms
Proactively identifies operational gaps and implements process improvements that enhance efficiency, consistency, and overall team productivity
Exhibits sound judgment, discretion, and reliability when handling confidential information, sensitive personnel matters, and executive‑level support needs
