$22/hr - $22/hrEppley Plastic Surgery is hiring an experienced Social Media & Lead Engagement Coordinator to manage and convert inbound social media inquiries into qualified patient consultations. This role is responsible for real-time, patient-facing communication across social media platforms, engaging with prospective patients and guiding conversations toward consultations while maintaining a high-end medical brand standard.

Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to inbound social media messages and comments
Engage prospective patients with clarity, warmth, and confidence
Qualify leads and guide conversations toward appropriate next steps
Demonstrate strong judgment in tone, timing, and escalation
Use excellent writing skills and/or AI-assisted tools (ChatGPT, Copilot) to craft polished, human responses
Maintain discretion, confidentiality, and HIPAA-conscious communication
Represent a luxury medical practice with consistency and professionalism
Qualification
Required
Hybrid position: partial on-site presence is required
Rotating Shifts / PRN-basis (evenings / nights / weekends)
Off-hours availability is mandatory, including: Periodically 8pm – 8am, Select holidays
Professional writing ability is essential
Ability to use translation apps on the go

Prior experience in one or more of the following: Medical aesthetic, dental or healthcare communication, Luxury branding or high-end client services, Lead engagement, sales-adjacent roles, or inbound conversion
Prior professional experience in patient-facing or client-facing communication
Proven reliability and accountability
Strong written communication and conversational skills
Ability to engage thoughtfully in ongoing, two-way dialogue
Understanding that social media engagement directly impacts revenue and reputation
Comfort working independently without micromanagement
