Responsibilities
Delivering on Release Management the best practices
Ensuring efficient and stable releases across all products in the OI Provider space
Following all ITIL practices
Report on Senior Management of critical KPI measures
Analyses and investigations
Provides explanations and interpretations within the area of expertise
Leverage enterprise-approved AI tools to enhance productivity and innovation by streamlining workflows and automating repetitive tasks. Evaluate emerging trends to drive continuous improvement and strategic innovation
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
3+ years of experience with ITIL Service Management framework or working on SDLC
2+ years of experience working with software delivery teams
1+ years of risk management experience
1+ years of experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub)
1+ years of configuration management experience
Preferred
PMP Certification
Experience with Agile Development
2+ years of experience with Release and Change Management
