Responsibilities
Sales Strategy Development : Design and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate new markets and increase client acquisition. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform sales tactics and identify new opportunities
Team Leadership : Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team. Set clear performance goals and provide ongoing coaching and support to enhance performance and meet targets
Client Engagement : Identify and nurture relationships with potential clients in targeted rural and underserved markets. Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and influencers, including healthcare providers, clinics, and community organizations
Performance Tracking : Monitor sales metrics and KPIs to assess team performance and adjust strategies as needed
Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns that align with company goals. Coordinate with clinical and administrative teams to optimize lead conversion
Qualification
Required
3-7 years in sales, preferably in healthcare, telehealth, or related fields
Experience in managing a sales team is essential
Strong understanding of the telepsychiatry landscape and its unique challenges and opportunities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building relationships
Ability to build relationships and trust with clients
Proficient in using CRM software and data analysis tools to drive sales strategies
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, healthcare management, or a related field
