Prepare and analyze detailed project financial schedules tied to revenue recognition
Reconcile billing and revenue balances to ensure accurate reporting
Lead components of the month-end close, including journal entries and account reconciliations
Partner with operations and leadership to investigate variances and resolve discrepancies
Support audits, forecasting, and process improvement initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
2-5 years of progressive accounting experience in a project-oriented environment
Strong understanding of revenue recognition and general ledger close
Advanced Excel skills
Strong communication skills
Proactive, detail-oriented mindset
Preferred
CPA
