Responsibilities
Analyze production and quality data, identify trends, and recommend corrective actions
Compile, analyze, and present overhaul scorecards and quality metrics to senior leadership
Partner closely with the Site Quality Leader and provide leadership to QAE and Inspection teams as needed
Develop, implement, and revise technical quality assurance protocols
Ensure compliance with Honeywell standards, customer requirements, and government regulations
Conduct internal audits and support external audits for:
ISO9001
AS9100
AS13000
Lead multi-disciplinary RCCA / CAPA / 8D initiatives
Review and interpret:
Repair & Overhaul manuals
Engineering drawings
GD&T
Create, modify, and maintain SAP inspection plans
Work directly with customers and suppliers to support audits, evaluations, and compliance activities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a related field
2+ years of experience in Repair & Overhaul or OEM Manufacturing
2+ years of auditing experience with ISO9001 and AS9100 D
1+ year of experience using ERP / SAP systems
1+ year of experience leading RCCA, CAPA, or 8D methodologies
Location: Phoenix, AZ 85034 (Required)
Ability to Commute: Phoenix, AZ 85034 (Required)
Work Location: In person
Preferred
Aerospace Quality Engineering experience
Familiarity with SAP analytics, Tableau, or quality trend analysis tools
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills (pivot tables, formulas, reporting)
Experience with Net-Inspect, Teamcenter, HASP, or SPOC
Lean Six Sigma certification
Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills
