Engineering Research & Development Financial Analyst
Stellantis is a leading automotive company, and they are seeking an Engineering Research & Development Financial Analyst. This role serves as a Finance point of contact for Engineering, Research & Development spending, working closely with various teams to manage and control program budgets and expenditures.

Forecast and budget development
Actual and forecast reporting
Program spending and KPI tracking
Review and approval of spending requisitions
Cost reduction opportunity identification
Indirect Cost Control
Intercompany Payable/Receivable Accounting
Ad-hoc reporting/special projects as needed
Qualification
Required
Experience in finance, budgeting, and forecasting
Ability to work with large data sets
Strong analytical skills
Excellent communication skills to present material clearly to all levels of management
Ability to make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment
Experience working collaboratively with engineering and operational teams
Preferred
Experience in Engineering, Research & Development (ER&D) finance
Familiarity with cost reduction strategies
Knowledge of intercompany payable/receivable accounting
Experience with ad-hoc reporting and special projects
