Responsibilities
Strategize state of the art Events & Content Program management infrastructure
Track delivery of global events, Manage Global Catalogue of 200+ annual courses (new builds + refreshes)
Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, content, events, field, marketing, and partner organizations
Align roadmaps, manage risks, track milestones, and ensure on-time execution across regions
Work with technical suppliers / SME in orchestrating content needs
Partner with senior stakeholders across multiple regions to ensure alignment and smooth program delivery
Maintain catalog quality, compliance, metadata accuracy, and lifecycle governance
Use KPIs, analytics, and feedback loops to continuously improve content performance and learner impact
Qualification
Required
8–12+ years Events Operations & Content program management experience ( Not content creation )
Excellent Organizer of events, programs, content by categories and fantastic reporting skills
Broad based understanding / background across Microsoft products and ecosystem ( Prior Microsoft Learning experience preferred)
Experience in technical or sales skilling, content strategy, or developer enablement
Proven ability to manage global stakeholders and cross-functional teams
Able to market success of programs via Newsletters, Report out, Exec presentations
Familiarity with learning delivery modalities and content lifecycle management
Exposure to AI-driven learning or Microsoft AI stack is a plus
Preferred
Strong Experience with global learning platforms & organizations, catalog governance, or content lifecycle management
Exposure to AI-driven learning experiences or LLM-based curriculum development
