Responsibilities
Coordinating schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements for staff and leadership
Managing communications by responding to emails, calls, and internal requests
Preparing, updating, and organizing documents, reports, and presentations
Supporting daily office operations and providing administrative assistance across departments
Gathering and organizing information to support reports, projects, and decision-making
Planning and coordinating meetings, events, and conferences, including logistics
Creating agendas, recording meeting minutes, and distributing materials
Tracking deadlines and project progress to ensure timely task completion
Providing general office support and assisting staff with access to resources
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or G.E.D
Up to one year of specialized or technical training in administrative support or related field and four years of administrative support or related office experience; OR an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed above
Preferred
2 years of specialized or technical training in administrative support
