Retirement Operations Associate, (CRS)

The Retirement Operations Associate will support daily administrative functions of retirement plan operations, focusing on data entry, document preparation, and assisting with basic plan processing tasks.

Responsibilities

Perform general administrative and clerical duties related to retirement plan operations
Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in internal systems and spreadsheets
Work extensively with Microsoft Excel and Word for reports, tracking, and documentation
Assist in drafting retirement plan documents and support new business onboarding activities
Process benefit distributions for terminated employees in accordance with plan rules
Review information for accuracy and completeness
Organize and maintain electronic and physical files
Support team members with special projects as assigned
Communicate professionally with internal team members and external contacts as needed
Other duties as assigned

Required

Bachelor's degree required (any major considered)
Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word)

Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Basic math and analytical skills
Strong problem-solving ability
Professional and dependable work ethic
Strong interest in administrative or operations-based work
Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
Must be able to work onsite, (this is NOT a remote position)
