Responsibilities

Achieve or exceed sales targets by identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities
Manage and grow existing customer accounts by delivering excellent service and building trusted partnerships
Confidently conduct product evaluations in the operating room and office settings, persuasively demonstrating the value of our products
Educate and train surgeons, nurses, and clinical staff on the proper use, care, and maintenance of Stryker’s Enabling Technologies products
Analyze sales performance and territory data using CRM tools to develop growth strategies and action plans
Collaborate and communicate wins, insights, and challenges with your Regional Sales Manager and cross-functional teams
Deliver exceptional customer support during surgical procedures and be on-call to meet urgent needs

Required

High school diploma or 6 years of equivalent professional work experience
Minimum of 2 years of sales experience
Must be able to lift and transport up to 50 pounds occasionally and up to 20 pounds frequently
This position may require handling medical instruments exposed to bodily fluids; compliance with all OSHA safety standards is mandatory
Travel is required within the assigned territory; may include some overnight stays and on-call responsibilities
Must have a valid driver's license

Preferred

Bachelor's degree
5+ years of B2B sales or medical device sales experience with a track record of achieving or exceeding quotas
Prior experience in operating room sales support or clinical selling environments

Benefits

Commission only: This role is 100% commission and is eligible for bonuses + benefits.
