They are seeking a Billing & Accounts Receivable Specialist to generate invoices, process payments, and monitor accounts receivable while collaborating with dispatch and field technicians to resolve billing disputes.

Responsibilities
Generate accurate, timely invoices for service calls, installations, and maintenance work using ServiceTitan and QuickBooks Online; ensure correct job-cost, tax codes, and customer pricing
Process customer payments (credit card, ACH, checks), post receipts, and reconcile daily deposits to ensure cash is recorded correctly
Monitor accounts receivable: run aging reports, perform collections outreach (phone/email), negotiate payment plans, and reduce DSO
Reconcile A/R subledger to the general ledger, prepare month-end billing schedules, and support finance close with clean documentation
Collaborate with dispatch and field technicians to validate billable work, apply adjustments/credits, and resolve customer billing disputes promptly
Document and improve billing workflows, maintain customer billing records, and support audits and process automation initiatives
