Responsibilities
Lead all sales activities across North America and select international markets
Drive revenue growth, profitability, and market share within HVACR OEM markets
Build, develop, and lead high-performing sales and sales engineering teams
Define and execute commercial and go-to-market strategies
Manage key OEM relationships and long-term customer partnerships
Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Finance
Qualification
Required
5+ years in senior sales leadership roles
Proven experience selling into HVACR OEM markets (required)
Strong consultative selling, forecasting, and contract negotiation skills
Bachelor's degree required
Willingness to travel up to 50%
