Responsibilities
Developing and enhancing ITSM processes including Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, Asset Management, Service Catalog
Developing and maintaining scripts, integrations, and APIs to extend ServiceNow's functionality and integrate with other systems
Creating and maintaining workflows, business rules, UI policies, detailed technical and specifications and documentation
Working closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the ServiceNow platform
Collaborating with key stakeholders to identify areas for process improvement and automation using ServiceNow capabilities
Presenting status updates to key stakeholders while participating in software design and project planning and monitoring its performance in production
Qualification
Required
2 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree or it's equivalent
An active Security Clearance
ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator (CSA), ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in various modules
Good understanding of ITIL processes, IT service management concepts, and experience with the ServiceNow Customer Service Management module
Experience in ServiceNow scripting languages (JavaScript, GlideScript, etc.), and integrations using REST and SOAP APIs
Be a good team player that enjoys collaborating and solving problems with others
