Required

Current Analyst II exam
Knowledge and experience with the state's Merit Based Hiring practices
Human resources experience
Experience developing policies and procedures
Experience providing customer service in a business environment to management, staff, and the public
Knowledge and experience with the Examination Certification Online System (ECOS)
Highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities with varying deadlines
Experience in conducting training and administering exams
Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to analyze and present data to staff of all levels
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Excellent oral and written communication skills
