Senior National Account Manager – The Home Depot
Delta Faucet Company, a leading U.S. manufacturer of residential and commercial faucets, is seeking a Senior National Account Manager to join their Omnichannel Retail Sales team. This role involves working directly with Home Depot to drive customer advocacy and sales growth, collaborating with various cross-functional teams to optimize operational execution and align sales strategies.

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain a playbook to drive omnichannel growth at Home Depot
Lead deployment of key growth levers including promotional planning and execution, performance metrics, and trends
Align and implement sales goals and priorities with key internal and external decision-makers
Strategically negotiate customer programs for profitable growth
Optimize operational execution through the development of new operations and fulfillment capabilities
Optimize price, promotion, advertising, and supply chain to earn strong organic placement on the digital shelf
Lead and own internal and customer-facing meetings to drive engagement and accountability on projects
Partner across brand, product, and channel teams to build and align strategies and tactics for growth on all Home Depot sales platforms
Develop and own cross-brand, cross-functional, and cross-BU relationships that will drive best-in-class strategies across all Home Depot sales platforms
Accountable for operational controls, including forecasting, budgeting, and supply chain coordination
Qualification
Required
BS in a Business or Marketing related field and 5+ years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
eCommerce Account Management Experience with a major omnichannel retail customer
Strong Financial Acumen
Ability to analyze and quickly interpret data from various sources. Experience with Power BI a plus
Capacity to effectively form relationships, informally influence, and concisely communicate complex topics at all levels of the organization
Highly motivated and able to resourcefully solve problems while ensuring decision-making and engagement occurs at the right levels within the organization
Ability to multitask and prioritize managing multiple projects to execution
Thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Travel is required ~20% of the time
