Sales Development Representative
Chorus Software Solutions is looking for an entry-level Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support their sales team through proactive lead sourcing and outbound outreach. The role involves sourcing new leads, executing outreach, managing daily activities, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM.
Responsibilities
Source and research new leads aligned with our ideal customer profile
Execute consistent outbound outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn
Manage daily activity independently and stay accountable to goals
Handle rejection professionally and follow up with persistence
Qualify prospects and schedule introductory conversations
Maintain accurate, honest records in the CRM
Represent the company with integrity in every interaction
Qualification
Required
0–2 years of experience in sales, customer-facing, or high-effort roles
Strong time management skills and the ability to work without micromanagement
Comfort initiating conversations and operating in uncomfortable situations
Resilience, grit, and willingness to try again after rejection
Clear written and verbal communication skills

Preferred
Experience with outbound sales or lead sourcing
