They are seeking a dynamic, experienced, and relationship-driven Franchise Business Consultant to empower franchisees and ensure operational excellence, brand consistency, and business success across all locations.

Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for assigned franchisees, offering ongoing strategic guidance and support
Analyze and optimize business performance, ensuring alignment with The Dog Stop goals and standards
Lead regular business reviews, virtual check-ins, and in-person site visits to evaluate operations, drive performance, and provide coaching
Partner with franchisees to develop and refine business plans, marketing strategies, and sales initiatives
Collaborate closely with TDS corporate departments to relay franchisee feedback and execute system-wide initiatives
Monitor franchisee adherence to brand standards and operational procedures, proactively addressing issues
Deliver training and onboarding support to new and existing franchisees on systems, tools, and best practices
Contribute to special projects and system-wide enhancements as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree OR a combination of relevant education and experience
Previous experience in franchising, retail, hospitality, or a related service industry
Managerial or supervisory experience preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Valid Driver's License and ability to travel frequently
Preferred
Experience in dog care, pet services, or animal health/wellness is a plus, but not required
