Responsibilities
This role will focus on supporting the email inbox, responding to inquiries from branches related to working with CPAs and attorneys
Responding in a timely and accurate manner regarding services offered such as Continuing Education (CE) opportunities by leveraging existing firm materials and escalating inquiries to leadership as needed
Communicate course completions and failures to individuals. For example, if someone fails an exam, they will contact them to inform them that they did not pass and that they will need to retake it within 7 days. Ensure individuals have access to the training
These individuals will also be responsible for replying to service requests and providing service and support to individuals, including answering questions such as: What do I do if I do not pass the exam? Why isn’t the course/exam working for me
Tracking and reporting on course and exam completions and failures using a third-party vendor site and ServiceNow
Qualification
Required
