Education
Responsibilities
Establish and execute diverse data integrations with speed, precision, and strong customer focus
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve integration issues with minimal supervision
Manage and transform large datasets using Excel; apply SQL or BigQuery skills where applicable
Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical users and deliver exceptional customer support
Ensure accurate data mapping, transformation, documentation, and quality validation
Prioritize multiple projects and consistently meet deadlines
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and share knowledge to improve data processes
Identify and implement process improvements that enhance integration workflows and documentation
Provide training and support to internal and external partners to increase data literacy
Qualification
Required
Experience performing data integrations or similar data-focused technical work
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data cleaning)
Ability to manage and interpret large datasets accurately
Strong communication skills and comfort explaining technical concepts to non-technical users
Ability to work independently with strong problem-solving and organizational skills
High attention to detail in data mapping, transformation, and documentation
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines consistently
Collaborative mindset and commitment to continuous learning
Preferred
Experience with SQL or Google BigQuery
Familiarity with Student Information Systems (PowerSchool, Skyward, Infinite Campus)
Experience with integration platforms such as Clever or ClassLink
Knowledge of APIs, SFTP, automation, or scripting for integrations
