Responsibilities
Facilitate workshops using FOX tools including: Autonomous Maintenance, 5S, Kobetsu Kaizen, Root Cause Analysis, SMED, and others
Support the production teams in improving the SQCDME results (Safety, Quality, Costs, Delivery, Motivation and Environment) and implementing FOX tools to improve OEE, OAE, and scrap
Support the production manager in the cascading, effective communication, and training organization of FOX initiatives in production
Manage plant cross-functional projects using effective coordination, organization, and change management
Lead implementation of digital applications linked to Smart Factory program
Provide periodical reports of plant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and FOX activities
Qualification
Required
Post Diploma / Bachelor Degree
4-7 years of experience in a face-paced manufacturing setting
Experience leading continuous improvement / LEAN projects
Experience managing change in an industrial setting
Strong proficiency with computers and tablet/phone-based applications
