Responsibilities
The Data Engineer II designs, develops and maintains key components of Children's Extract, Transformation and Load routines using Microsoft SQL Server, SSIS, Microsoft Fabric, stored procedures and other available tools
Identified as an application expert and primary contact in SSIS or similar ETL tool
Performs work that is complex and cross functional in nature
This role is a key contributor to the organization's Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence programs
Performs development, testing, changes to code and/or routines utilizing defined frameworks and development standards
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in or equivalent experience in IT or healthcare related field of study required
Demonstrated strong analytical skills
Exhibits the aptitude in the following Competencies: Action Oriented, Manages Complexity, Collaborates and Optimizes Work Processes
Demonstrated experience designing and developing data quality, master data management or similar solutions
Strong critical thinking, problem solving and attentiveness to detail
Preferred
Certifications related to work area of focus, or Apprenticeship diploma preferred
3 years of experience preferred
Master's degree in related field preferred
Knowledge of healthcare delivery systems preferred
