Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business and product requirements
Translate business needs into clear user stories, process flows, and functional specifications
Analyze product usage, customer feedback, and performance data to provide actionable insights
Support product managers with roadmap planning and feature prioritization
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support product strategy
Coordinate with development, QA, and design teams to ensure accurate implementation
Assist in planning and executing user acceptance testing (UAT)
Create dashboards, reports, and presentations to communicate findings and performance metrics
Maintain detailed documentation on product features, enhancements, and releases
Participate in post-launch analysis and continuous improvement efforts
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
12+ years of experience in a Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role
Strong analytical skills and experience working with data (Excel, SQL, etc.)
Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across teams
