Customer Service Specialist (1st Shift)

Reser's Fine Foods is a leading provider of fresh refrigerated deli salads and prepared foods. They are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to process customer orders and resolve manufacturing and shipping issues for a specified geographical territory.

Calls customers to obtain information necessary to process orders
Enters data for order processing
Communicates production information and availability to brokers and sales personnel
Acts as a liaison between buyer/broker and internal departments
Responds and documents customer feedback
Answers multiple line phones

Required

5+ years customer service experience is required
Strong resolution capabilities
Must be skilled in 10-key data entry by touch with speed and accuracy
Strong written and verbal communication skills is required
PC skills/basic Excel skills are required
