Responsibilities
Gather, clean, and analyze data from various sources to identify trends and insights
Create detailed reports and dashboards using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to present data in an accessible format
Design and develop visualizations to effectively communicate data findings to stakeholders
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates on business performance
Work closely with other departments to understand their data needs and provide relevant insights
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data by performing regular quality checks and validation
Provide data-driven recommendations to support strategic business decisions
Collaborate with individual department, as well as cross-functionally with other departments within the organization
Maintain organizational excellence in terms of project timelines and deliverables

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business, data science, information technology, or related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in business intelligence or data analysis
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, and an ability to learn company-specific software programs, tools, processes, and machines
Proficiency in analyzing data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights
Expertise in using business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and SQL for report and dashboard creation
Skills in designing and developing visualizations to effectively communicate data findings
Ability to write and execute SQL queries for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis
Experience in cleaning and preprocessing data to ensure accuracy and integrity
Advanced skills in using Excel for data analysis and visualization
Ability to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates on business performance
Strong communication skills to present data findings and recommendations to stakeholders
Self-motivated to work through complex problems and competing priorities, including a high level of detail and organization
Effective verbal and written communication skills
