Responsibilities
Serving as the primary interface to the Government for all infrastructure operations support
Supporting infrastructure operations projects, including those related to security and network operations, NOC/SOC, system deployment, integration management, etc
Following the HHS EPLC framework and methodology where applicable
Providing oversight during third-party audits (e.g., technical, management, testing, and security)
Independent testing of engineered solutions approved by HHS authorized/designated personnel as needed
Providing seamless network and security server operations for federal users (predominantly Azure)
Serving as expert in enterprise monitoring solutions (E.g. Solarwinds etc.)
Ensuring patch management and vulnerability management (SCCM/MCM) activities are completed in line with SLAs and agency requirements
Qualification
Required
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Required Experience: 10+ total years of related experience
5+ years in a lead infrastructure operations role, of which 1+ are in an Azure dominant environment
3+ years managing technical staff as team lead/manager
Experience with integration of services into ServiceNow
Previous experience supporting large-scale federal IT infrastructure experience (10K+ endpoints) required
Must have Expertise in: Solarwinds (required)
Must have Expertise in: Tenable Nessus (required)
Must have Expertise in: Patch Management
Preferred
Familiarity with Federal Security mandates (e.g., FISMA, NIST, and FedRAMP)
