2+ years expJTC Group is looking to expand their Audit/Tax Department team. The Audit/Tax team is responsible for facilitating the annual independent audits, tax returns and state filings for all SALI IDFs, working closely with internal departments and external parties.

Responsibilities
Help facilitate the audit and tax process for the SALI IDFs which includes creating confirmation letters; providing requested documentation to external parties; Following up and reaching out to request needed data
Monitoring high volume inbox and responding accordingly when needed
Assist the accounting team with missing data or any discrepancies and updating and capturing information as needed
Capture data in Salesforce, Intralinks and SharePoint as required
Assist with Audit & Tax Deadlines by tracking information received and reaching out for missing documents for Investment Funds
Participate in team projects, assignments, and other responsibilities such as continual process improvement and data integrity
Qualification
Required
2 -3 years of experience in financial services, accounting, or a related field
Experience using, or a demonstrated ability to quickly learn, third-party financial or business software systems
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Effectively work in a team environment but also able to work independently
Able to communicate effectively internally and externally
Flexibility to adapt to changing work priorities and assignments and ability to meet deadlines
